Lindab Group is looking for a commercial minded, talented and innovative Sales Promotion Planner with good communication skills, who will become a key player in the overall sales promotion of the global single product and system assortment within Division Ventilation.

As Sales Promotion Planner you will be a part of a small but passionate team on an exciting journey. Here you will contribute to the overall sales promotion of the global single product and system assortment within Division Ventilation, by lifting the initiatives to new heights. Based on the group’s communication strategy and brand platform along with deep market and customer insights, you will be a key performer in designing and planning efficient go-to-market processes and executions with the aim of securing the highest possible sales impact in selected markets and customer segments.
Lindab values cooperation why team work and collaboration are focal elements in all the organization’s processes. Hence, as the Sales Promotion Planner, you will work in close cooperation the Division Ventilation Market Communication and Product Management teams on sales promotion activities. Additionally, the position includes close cooperation with the Head of Market Communication and Regional Sales Managers within the development of strong and effective sales promotion activities across touchpoints to secure the highest possible commercial impact on all markets.
Moreover, the position entails following key responsibilities:
- Develop, together with Internal Marketing Planner, an effective internal communication process for all sales promotion activities to secure an aligned understanding of them.
- Develop, in corporation with external agencies, an effective digital media strategy for Lindab’s sales promotion activities securing an effective digital communication.
- Support the Field Marketing Team Leaders on sales promotion activities in order to secure a strong and aligned execution.
- Develop an effective process for follow up on sales promotion activities visualized in a simple and accessible way in order to understand the return on investment.
- Plan and execute central web and social media communication.
- Plan and execute kick off meetings with all relevant sales promotion stakeholders before external launch.
- Plan and execute follow up meetings with relevant stakeholders in order to learn from the performance of the campaign and optimize coming campaigns.
- Take part in the daily general marketing tasks such as support on Lindab’s various marketing tools, web and social media accounts.
- Take part in different ad hoc marketing tasks together with the rest of the team
As Lindab’s Sales Promotion Planner you will report directly to the Head of Market Communication, and thus be expected to participate in general marketing and digital projects, contributing to the overall department initiatives.
The ideal candidate holds 3 to 5 years’ experience from a similar position, is sales driven and has a general marketing knowledge and excellent skills in stakeholder management, both internally and externally. You navigate easily in diverse and local as well as global-oriented environments and come with a holistic approach to sales promotion. Through knowledge of the industry and its stakeholders, you know how to develop the most efficient sales promotion activities and digital media strategies in order to generate business growth and increase customer value. As you will be expected to support the rest of the organization on smaller web tasks, it will be an advantage if you are familiar with working in CMS systems and have a basic technical understanding.
As Lindab is an international organization, you are fluent in English – oral as well as written, why you with ease communicate and disclose ideas and strategies. Besides, you are fluent in either Danish or Swedish.
