SapientRazorfish is looking for an inspired Technology Lead, who will be part of the managing team of their new Nordic ‘Power House’ in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for building and managing their local technology team as well as managing technology delivery from requirement and scoping phase through implementation.

For this, they need strong leaders for the managing team at the Copenhagen office.

To secure a successful beginning in their Nordic office, Sapient Razorfish is now looking for a Technology Lead who can manage and define the technical architecture and implement various digital projects, as well as be a part of the managing team in Copenhagen.
As technology lead for SapientRazorfish you will be a strong team leader and mentor to technical staff, ensuring a high level of quality and meeting agreed timelines and budgets. You will get a central role throughout the entire project lifecycle, where you will work closely together with project managers, designers, user experience architects and developers, as well as setting the tone for the new Copenhagen office.
Your key responsibilities will be architecture definition and technical leadership of the whole lifecycle, starting with presales to implementation of CMS or digital commerce projects (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, SAP Hybris, Oracle Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud). You will serve as a technical advisor and problem solver to clients and partners, and assist them in optimizing their use of the particular tech stack to successfully define, build and deploy online and omni-channel solutions.
Your tasks will also include:
- Estimating time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects, and developing project plans incorporating all project variables including risk
- Leading the translation of the client’s business requirements into system design and architecture
- Working with the client’s IT organization to establish technology strategy at an application level
- Establishing high, mid and micro level plans and set technical direction for a team of up to 30 people
- Preparing sales proposals to represent SR_ expertise
In addition to working on client engagements, you may also assist as needed on pre-sales opportunities such as RFP responses, proposal delivery, architecture assessments and technical qualifications. The position offers a great opportunity for you to personally make a difference and improve the quality of the technical solutions that you are working on.
You are easy to work with and you have positive mind-set, always focused on delivering the best possible outcome despite any challenges that may arise. Since you may be managing several projects at the same time, you are an organized person who can keep a sense of perspective while showing great attention for detail.
It is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills. You are fluent in English, and preferably in Danish as well.
