Strategy Manager TV Churn for YouSee
We are looking for an inspired Strategy Manager TV Churn, who will lead and steer the work on TV churn for the Danish market leader within TV, and be responsible for one of the most important KPI’s in YouSee and TDC Group.

As the new Strategy Manager TV Churn for YouSee, you will be a part of the TV & Broadband Commercial Management in Product Division, who are responsible for setting the strategic direction for the entire TV and broadband consumer base. This includes P&L responsibility, product development, product and customer base strategy, price and packaging, business development, and customer base management, e.g. churn management.
You will have an essential role in YouSee’s future success, and you will be a part of a fast-paced organization driven by results, influence and recognition. The team of TV & Broadband Commercial Management is highly dynamic and open-minded, and there is an informal and always constructive tone of voice in daily interactions. As Strategy Manager you will be responsible for TV Churn, and you will work on weekly and monthly tasks to minimize TC churn, along with several other departments. You will work closely together with the Broadband churn responsible and our senior commercial managers on TV, Broadband, Customer-provided Equipment/Value Added Services, and secure a full household perspective on improving churn through different activities that reduces churn. E.g. improved processes, retention campaigns and long term initiatives.
Your key tasks include:
- Defining, leading and running tasks that reduce TV churn
- Transparent TV churn reporting
- Reliable forecasting
- Developing, leading and running initiatives/projects that reduces TV churn
As the Strategy Manager TV Churn, you will work closely with senior managers and directors across YouSee from finance, sales, channels, legal, BI, and Marketing, in order to understand market and customers. It’s vital that you have excellent stakeholder management skills, and that you are execution-focused, and good at making relations while still being able to remain calm, when driving projects/tasks.
As the new Strategy Manager TV Churn for YouSee, you must have the drive, desire and skills to conquer the hearts of the Danish TV consumers. As a person you are ambitious and result-oriented with a high level of drive, initiative, and persistency.
You have a master’s degree in business administration, economics or a similar degree from a technical university. You have an excellent mindset for project and process, with strong quantitative and problem-solving skills. You are expected to have some experience from a subscription company, marketing, sales, and possibly customer care or consultancy. You are used to communicating complex topics in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in writing, and you speak and write English fluently. And you are able to deliver and thrive in an environment with multiple activities with parallel and short deadlines.
