Lindab Group is looking for a strategic and inventive Sales Promotion Manager, who will become a key player in the development of the organization’s sales activities in order to reach highest possible local sales performance on all markets.

As Sales Promotion Manager for Lindab Group, you will contribute to the overall sales promotion of the total Lindab offerings within both single products launches and larger campaigns in the solution segments. Based on the group’s communication strategy and brand platform along with deep market and customer insights, you will be a key performer in designing and planning efficient go-to-market processes and executions with the aim of securing the highest possible sales impact in selected markets and customer segments.
Lindab values cooperation and aims at avoiding bureaucracy, why team work and collaboration are focal elements in all the organization’s processes. Hence, as the Sales Promotion Manager, you will work in close cooperation with the Market Communication Team and the Concept Management Team, together with global segment managers on sales promotion activities of the group’s future premium indoor climate solutions. Additionally, the position includes close cooperation with the Head of Market Communication and Regional Sales Managers within the development of strong and effective sales promotion activities. This includes planning and executing of market campaigns to support the repositioning of the brand, and developing clear value based descriptions of the group’s solution offerings towards their eight main segments.
To be able to follow up on sales promotion activities, you will be responsible for developing an effective process, visualized in a simple and accessible way, in order to understand the return on investment.
To reach the highest possible local sales performance on all markets, you will coordinate sales promotion activities and secure a strong and aligned execution by engaging in in cooperation with the Field Marketing Team.
Moreover, the position entails following key responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with the Internal Marketing Manager in the development of an effective internal communication process for all Lindab’s sales promotion activities to secure a superlative internal understanding and readiness.
- Close cooperation with the Digital Communication Manager in the planning and executing of a successful digital media strategy for the group’s sales promotion activities to ensure effective digital communication to reach highest possible sales performance.
- Other assignments of strategic importance
As Lindab’s Sales Promotion Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Market Communication.
The ideal candidate holds a Master degree within marketing and comes with at least five years’ experience from a similar position. You navigate easily in diverse and internationally oriented environments and come with a holistic approach to sales promotion. Through a technical and deep understanding of the industry and its stakeholders, you know how to develop the most efficient digital media strategies and sales promotion activities in order to generate business growth and increase customer value.
As Lindab is an international organization, you are fluent in English – oral as well as written, why you with ease communicate and disclose ideas and strategies. Besides, you are fluent in either Danish or Swedish.
As a person, you possess an inspiring drive and energy, and you are proactive and innovative in your work. You are self-driven but you also thrive being part of a culturally diverse workforce, thus find it encouraging to work within close cooperation within several teams. Besides, you have the capabilities of developing structured sales plans and activities in order to generate customer value, higher profitability and growth.
