Sales Manager for Oath Nordics
Oath Nordics is looking for an experienced, holistically and creatively thinking Sales Manager for their office in Copenhagen, who will become responsible for driving digital media sales in the Nordics, and for driving strategic relationships with a number of the biggest advertisers in the Nordics.

As a Sales Manager you will be part of the Nordic sales team working with both media agencies, creative agencies and direct clients. The client portfolio includes both leading local and global brands. You will be responsible for driving strategic relationships with a number of the biggest advertisers in the Nordics and for driving media sales in different countries as well as act as an advisor for the clients that you manage – thus, well-developed competencies within more bizz and new bizz are equally important. As a Sales Manager, it is essential that you have a thorough understanding of the possibilities entailed in the digital media products that you will be selling; you understand media buying, strategic media usage and the business side of these.
You will moreover be handling leads, thus establishing relationships with new clients as well as ensuring the right onboarding process and consultancy within strategic, tactical and creative use of media solutions.
You will engage in direct client dialogue with end customers as well as agencies and thereby act as a trusted media partner for both.
As the Oath group is inherently internationally oriented, it is required that you speak and write English at negotiation level.
As the new Sales Manager for Oath Nordics, you have 3-5 years of experience within the media industry from an agency, media organisation or the client side. You have international experience and navigate easily in diverse and internationally oriented environments.
To be successful in this role, you come with a holistic approach to media sales. You are focused on added value and quality, and you have a thorough technical understanding of the digital media landscape of today; the possibilities and advantages of digital media and how your clients get the most out of them.
As a person, you have a great drive and energy, and you are proactive and self-driven in your work with a creative mind. Furthermore, you are patient, and skilled at stakeholder management, especially in global and complex organizations.
