As PHP Developer you will be joining an agile and autonomous team in TDC’s innovation garage, Maximus, with the overall goal of implementing a customer-oriented approach to user experience within TDC. You will become part of a highly specialized team of 8 developers, 1 BA, 1 UX, 1 scrum-master and 1 product-owner. As the titles indicate, you will be working within the agile methodology, and we expect you to be proactively engaged in leveraging the task formulations and solutions. You will play an integral part in building a new joint login-setup, by consolidating previous login systems across the TDC Brands. You will be working in one of TDC Groups’ core departments where down time is not an option and where they expect a reciprocal professional approach to tasks and solution, to ensure the strong customer experience.
As a PHP developer you possess a broad knowledge of PHP, Linux, MySQL or similar databases, as well as experience in large PHP-based solutions with many users. You are experienced in test and data-driven development and you are used to working in Scrum in an agile environment. As a developer you will be a determining force in the direction of TDC and work in an agile team characterized by planning sessions, retrospective- and design sprints, where you will take part in defining the tasks.
As PHP Developer, you come with several years of experience with PHP development, micro services and preferably experience with DevOps in a similar environment. You are experienced in Lumen and preferably Docker, Kupernetes or OpenShift and it is a big plus if you possess a strong theoretical background. It is essential that you love to code and know how to challenge yourself as well as your colleagues. You are passionate about software development and thrive in a start-up like environment with emerging technologies. You are naturally curious about the newest trends and technologies and are not afraid to try something new. You are very independent in your work and thrive in an autonomous and agile setup. It is key that you enjoy working towards a shared mission, as a part of a small cross-functional team.
