Online Marketing Specialist for Practio
Practio is looking for an ambitious and talented Online Marketing Specialist with a comprehensive understanding of online marketing, PPC and an eye for new commercial digital marketing opportunities to ensure the company’s digital growth.
Practio is a Danish company with a strong vision of creating digital health solutions that give consumers better access to quality healthcare services. In a novel combination of digital tools and pharmacies as a point-of-care Practio offers better access to primary healthcare services for the consumers, creating better patient outcomes and lower costs of healthcare.
Practio offers immunisation consultations at community pharmacies under the brand sikkervaccination.dk, and is currently launching an innovative subscription service for birth control pills, as part of their grand vision of making the healthcare sector more efficient and tackle the global shortage of healthcare professionals.

Since its inception in 2015, Practio has been cash generating from its rapidly growing immunisation business. In order to aggressively accelerate its commercial and international development, as well as invest heavily in new product development, the company recently closed a substantial seed funding from private investors.
To drive their growth, Practio is now looking for an Online Marketing Specialist. In the position, you will be handling all Practio’s online marketing activities primarily, but not limited to, Adwords and Facebook.
In the position, you are encouraged to be creative, scrappy and unconventional and to come up with new ideas that can support company growth. This requires a strategic mind-set and a deep understanding of PPC as a business strategy and influencer marketing as a tool. It is therefore key that you are overall talented within digital marketing with a curiosity and openness towards new trends.
Your main responsibilities will be two-fold:
1) Execute go-to-market online marketing strategies for new products and new markets
2) Ensure continuous growth of existing products and markets
Getting your hands dirty while building, implementing and optimising campaigns based on data analysis will be a big part of your job.
Tasks will include the following:
- Planning and executing digital campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Developing analyses to identify revenue growth potential
- Campaign optimisation for highest return on investment
- Working closely with internal stakeholders (Product owner, Insights team etc.) to meet the company’s strategic goals
You will be joining a strong, closely knit team with previous marketing experience from Google, Uber as well as Momondo.
As the ideal candidate you have solid experience in online marketing and have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience handling online marketing campaigns, primarily Google Adwords. You hold a relevant academic background within the field of marketing, business or information technology. As a person you are result-driven and proactive by nature.
You posess good analytical skills and Strong MS Excel skills – experience with Google Analytics is considered a plus. A passion for and in-depth knowledge and understanding of online marketing media, tools and tactics is equally essential.
Furthermore you hold one of the Nordic languages as your mother tongue, but is able to communicate effectively in English.
