Growth Hacker for ARKK Copenhagen
ARKK Copenhagen is looking for an ambitious and experienced Growth Hacker, who will be responsible for the overall sales and marketing efforts for all globally owned arkkcopenhagen.com pages (including EMEA and US versions), to create a fulfilling online shopping experience that results in commercial growth. You will also be responsible for further developing our international E-business strategy that uses the website as a hub to service partners, fairs, sales agents and physical stores.

ARKK Copenhagen is Danish based sneaker brand that was founded in October 2014 by two childhood friends. In less than one and a half year in the market has sales in 39 countries across high end fashion and sneaker stores. Without finding a brand that expressed their own personal style, the founders set out to create their own. After finding their place in the sneaker world, the brand continues to redefine simple, clean design, where every collection they drop is about exceeding their vision to create ultra-luxe minimalist sneakers.
Today, the ARKK team includes their local team in Denmark and partners across the world. Designs are 100% made in Copenhagen, to fulfil a mission that continues to set this sneaker brand apart from the rest. To design sneakers that fuse fashion, function and most importantly, inspire confidence. To support and continue the immense growth of the company, we are looking for a qualified and energetic Growth Hacker to drive the e-commerce and growth of ARKK Copenhagen.
As the new Growth Hacker you will lead ARKK Copenhagen’s online marketing efforts and your ambitions will drive the e-business success. You will be managing arkkcopenhagen.com’s website traffic growth and marketing plan, to drive traffic to the site and effectively increase sales. Furthermore, you will be evaluating the current e-commerce set up and developing the overall strategy to ensure continuous optimization of customer experience and retain existing customers. The role includes the continued development of search optimization strategies to co-create a long-term inbound marketing strategy to the website in cooperation with the content team. It is a key deliverable that you manage to create effective online brand awareness strategies on third party platforms.
Specifically, you will be working hands-on with:
- Analysis and reporting on relevant business metrics to understand the health, challenges and E-Commerce growth opportunities
- Supporting upcoming launches with effective product merchandising and oversee all required updates to the webshop
- Monitoring and developing E-Commerce technology trends, evaluate business opportunities, recommend and execute new initiatives
- Setting up and overseeing Facebook ad campaigns (manage planning, execution, budget spend, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns)
- Setting up and overseeing Google adwords campaigns including refining keyword lists, optimising landing pages to increase Quality Score, implement A/B tests, create effective remarketing campaigns, evaluate entire sales funnels, optimise conversion scores and reporting on results
You have a relevant educational background in addition to at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience from working in similar positions within E-commerce or digital marketing. You are numbers driven, used to agile working, and have a proven track record of driving and executing effective search and online marketing campaigns and further, you have the requisite know-how to drive and develop the e-commerce strategy of ARKK Copenhagen.
Furthermore, you know how to fuel insights with data. You love thinking about the ROI and are always looking for a way to improve it. You posses excellent knowledge of data analytics and reporting as well as impeccable SEO and SEM knowledge. Furthermore, you have experience with affiliate marketing and online campaign management, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. It is key that you have tangible experience with Shopify or any other relevant CMS system and with third party apps management (i.e. PopUps, Reviews, Analytics). You are experienced in working within a cross functional team including designers, developers or copywriters and thrive in a dynamic setup.
