Bang & Olufsen is looking for an ambitious Global Web Manager, passionate about luxury lifestyle, and with digital flair, who will maintain and drive the web content and platforms, thus playing an important role in updating the digital brand of Bang & Olufsen.

In a culture that is famous for its respect for craftsmanship, cross collaboration, design and creativity, you will ensure that content on the B&O websites reflect business and market objectives, is updated, in flow and always meaningful, appropriate and appealing to our consumers. This is a hand-on role working in our CMS and cooperating with Copy Editors and our translation agency to ensure that our digital content reflects our brand and our ambitions for storytelling.
You will work closely with our team of digital specialists, including our SEO Manager, our Conversion Optimization Manager, and our User Experience Manager, to ensure that our content ticks all boxes for a modern luxury/lifestyle website.
Your specific tasks will be the following:
- Developing content strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive campaigns and larger projects related to .com, retailer webpages, mobile website and other owned online presences.
- Secure content that is informed by a structured SEO and CRM strategy.
- Coordinate the content creation and translation process.
- Set up and publish content in several languages.
- Coordinate production of new content and translations.
- Review and maintain content from an optimization and brand point-of-view.
The position is based at Bang & Olufsen’s office in Lyngby, Copenhagen, where you will be working with teams of international, talented and passionate people.
You have minimum 2-3 years of experience from a similar position preferably within luxury or lifestyle. At the same time you are passionate about digital marketing and you possess the necessary skills to lead basic SEO/SEM, CRM and E-commerce initiatives.
It is essential that you have an entrepreneurial spirit, eagerness to learn and a readiness to challenge status quo, having an open mind-set, being proactive and possess highly developed written and oral communications skills in English. You are driven by creating impact and are interested in global activities. You get energized by cooperating and working with a wide range of functions and personalities across the organization. Furthermore, you have the strength to coordinate within all areas of marketing inside the organization with evidence-based rationale but at the same time, you listen and respond objectively to new ideas.
