Oath is looking for a Global Influencer & Social Media Manager to take part of their successful team and help lead Oath through one of the most exciting and disruptive opportunities the company and its communities have ever been through. The position will be responsible for helping to manage, build and expand our global influencer networks and publishing inventories, and define the Oath brand, brand campaigns and go-to-market strategies that deliver on the company’s growth, potential and future.
You will be responsible for managing the influencer marketing strategy and build world-class communication for Oath’s international clients. Driving business development and customer centric strategies while ensuring a professional and aligned execution collateral for the Nordic Oath division.
You will be part of a team handling some of the biggest clients and campaigns in the Nordics but also international clients and campaigns.
- Lead social influencer marketing strategy for clients.
- Research and identify key influencers, bloggers and online media in designated verticals globally.
- Identify, recruit and manage influencer/brand ambassador programs.
- Build strong relationships with social influencers through seeding programs and regular communication.
- Negotiate and execute paid social/blog networks.
- Craft quality pitches that effectively communicate client message/ask.
- Proactively identify angles and pitch customer, product, vertical and/or issues-based stories.
- Identify, establish and manage on-going influencer/brand ambassador programs.
- Establish and build relationships on behalf of major clients.
- Stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements and relevant campaigns.
As the ideal candidate you have 2+ years of experience with social media and influencer marketing within an agency and thereby extensive experience in identifying, recruiting and managing influencer / brand ambassador programs for large, national consumer facing brands and has established relationships with them. Furthermore, you have experience with pitching earned placements and pitching/negotiating paid placements. You have a BA or BC in marketing, digital and/or communication and possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience with communicating with internal staff.
You must have an acute understanding of and passion for social media as well as be extremely savvy with Web research and comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook to assist with internal and client reporting. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and approach each marketing campaign with a positive outlook and rally a team to be excited about campaign initiatives as well as strive for continuous improvement in Oath’s key global campaigns. As Oath’s a Global Influencer & Social Media Manager you must also have the ability to develop creative, newsworthy influencer campaign strategies, promotions, and that resonate with the target audience to achieve Oath’s client’s campaign goals. It is also of great importance that you thrive with working independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, and that you are able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with excellent personal organizational skills and high attention to detail.
In addition, the position demands that you are fluent in English both written and oral. The following languages – Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian will be a strong plus.
