Global CRO & Analytics Specialist for Autobutler
Autobutler is looking for a result oriented Global CRO & Analytics Specialist who is excellent in utilizing data and user insights to define and optimize the foundation for creating the perfect customer journey for both car owners and Car Repair Shops.

In Autobutler, they continuously expand their Marketing Team. Hence, to strengthen the team and meet the company’s growth ambitions, Autobutler is now looking for an inspiring person to be part of developing the current setup and framing how analytics and split tests should be run in the future.
As the new Global CRO & Analytics Specialist for Autobutler, you will take the lead in optimization of Autobutler’s site and be responsible for completing customer journeys from a CRO perspective. The position offers vast responsibility, as the Global CRO & Analytics Specialist will take ownership across Autobutler’s five markets (Denmark, Sweden, Germany, United Kingdom and France), and be responsible of producing and maintaining Test Maps and site mock-ups.
Autobutler has immense ambitions and is in rapid development, hence you will have the ownership for tracking across sites, and be part of developing the current setup. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and analysing analytics and split test along with framing how these should be run in the future.
The job entails a lot of variety as the typical workload will be divided among development, design, optimization, meetings and coordination, and you will be responsible for exploring new ways of how to increase conversion. Moreover, the position offers lots of independence and inventiveness as you will be defining and optimizing the foundation for creating the perfect customer journey for both car owners and Car Repair Shops to take Autobutler’s customer journey to the next level.
The Marketing Team consists of 10 specialists, and you will be expected to collaborate closely with other specialists within both the Marketing and the Product Team. Hence, the position offers an informal and dynamic work environment with room for differences, along with great professional challenges as well as focus on personal development.
The position is located at Rentemestervej in the North West of Copenhagen and compromises great working environment with social arrangements, lunch and massage treatments.
The ideal candidate comes with minimum five years’ experience and has hands-on experience from working in similar positions within CRO and Analytics. As the Global CRO & Analytics Specialist will take ownership of Autobutler’s five markets, you understand cultural differences and can work across borders. Furthermore, you possess knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS, can code minor changes, and find joy in optimization. You are an expert of split tests, thus know how to conduct controlled, randomized experiments with the goal of improving a website metric.
As a person, you are analytical, data driven, used to agile working, and have a proven track record of effectively optimizing conversion rates. Moreover, you are professional, organized and enthusiastic and find it motivating to work across teams. You possess skills of working efficiently within a specialist team, as well as on your own initiative, and know how to run your own Test Maps.
Finally, you are purpose driven and come with a good understanding of online marketing, as well as both B2C and B2B communication, thus can embrace Autobutler’s entire customer journey and communication.
