Lantmännen Unibake is looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Global Brand Manager to set the direction and strengthen the brand positioning on B2B markets, taking an active role in the company’s current journey of growth.

Lantmännen Unibake is on a growth journey and is therefore on the lookout for an internationally oriented Global Brand Manager. You will work from the headquarters in Copenhagen.
As the Global Brand Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening the B2B brand positioning, concept development and brand management across markets. You will set the direction and execute through the development of B2B activation programs. You will work closely with the local marketing teams and work on updating and deploying the global brand portfolio platform. Your key performance indicators are net sales growth and gross margin on brands and develop campaigns that are accepted by markets and add value. On longer term you might develop KPI’s on brand awareness and spend on brand marketing ROI. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are motivated by defining goals and deliverables. You will report to the Global Marketing Director.
Your areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, implement and execute the global brand portfolio strategy on B2B
- Track performance on international activities
- Orchestrate cross-market collaborations on brands to leverage synergies
- In close cooperation with the digital team, develop and manage content for online
- Develop, facilitate and consolidate activities with local marketing teams to support brand strategy
- Optimise brand spend efficiency across Lantmännen Unibake
- Develop B2B brand positions for new opportunities
- Facilitate planning processes – driving best practice and securing aligned communication planning
- Deploy Unibake’s corporate identity in internal and external publicationsSupport communication activities onsustainability
- Project management for international trade fairs/events
We are looking for a strong internationally oriented profile with at least 5-10 years of experience within marketing, preferably within brand management in an international FMCG company. You hold a relevant master’s degree within marketing or similar. You have strong experience with brand management across geographic markets, corporations with external agencies and experience with consumable products. You have a strong focus on consumers and customers, and showcase superior knowledge of B2B marketing and consider yourself a digital native. Furthermore, you are very hands-on, pro-active and you excel in stakeholder management and get things done. It is expected that you can navigate in the intersection of brand-, product- and commercially driven project management in order to facilitate and drive processes. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are fully proficient in written and oral English.
As a person, you have an analytical approach, a natural habit of getting things done and a flair for numbers. You have the ability to move swiftly between strategic, tactical and operational levels, and know how to build strong collaborative relationships across the organisation. Most importantly, you understand complex consumer insights and customer needs and can translate these into relevant value propositions.
