Event & Marketing Manager for FIH Partners
On behalf of FIH Partners, we are looking for an experienced, innovative and ambitious Event & Marketing Manager to drive the growth and expansion of FIH Partners through effective events and novel marketing activities.

To further strengthen existing client and employee relationships and expand the awareness of the company, they are looking for a talented Event & Marketing Manager with the necessary skills to develop and seamlessly execute exclusive events.
As the new Event & Marketing Manager, your focus will revolve around the branding, growth and expansion of FIH Partners through a novel approach to internal as well as external events. You have flawless skills in event management and execution as this position entails idea generation, coordination with suppliers and attendees and hands-on execution on the planned events. There will be a large emphasis on events as 40-50 unique events are held on an annual basis, incl. recruitment events, company presentations, closing events, professional lectures, concerts, Friday bars, dinners, VIP Client events, and company trips and events. Furthermore, the new Event & Marketing Manager is expected to handle all merchandising, web-, social media, newsletter and client relationship system updates.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Planning, developing and executing seamless social and professional events for clients as well as employees
- Development and maintenance of web- and Linked-in platforms as well as posting web- and Linked-in updates
- Development and maintenance of client database for direct mails, etc.
- Developing company merchandising as well as selecting client and employee gifts
- Supporting the partners in PR related work
- Coordination with all external advisors and suppliers related to events, web-, layout, merchandising, media, etc.
- Ad hoc tasks
The candidate we are looking for has solid experience from professional services or exclusive event management, and has tangible experience with communication. Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience in a field-related activity such as events or communication, and possess extraordinary coordination skills in order to coordinate teams and external vendors on multiple projects. It is key that you apply a hands-on approach and manage to get things done no matter what. You have a great attention to detail and value the importance of exclusive event management, while remaining curious to novel approaches to event execution.
As a person, you have a creative and problem-solving mind-set. You possess a high level of social intelligence and outstanding project management skills and you are a strong communicator. You possess the ability to rethink, execute and communicate events.
