Digital Tracking Architect for YouSee

As the new digital tracking architect for YouSee, you will be positioned within YouSee’s unique Digital Warehouse, where business experts, software engineers, analysts and user experience designers work with Agile methodologies, side-by-side, in a “start-up like” environment. The business unit is referred to as a “Tribe,” where the ambition is to rapidly reinvent the digital experience for the customers. Your overall responsibility will be to optimize tracking solutions, and your tasks include:
- Designing Website and App tracking solutions to enable basic and advanced segmentation
- Enabling personalized and omnichannel communication onsite and offsite
- Enabling tracking of leads, customer acquisition, engagement, sales and service experience
- Providing technical support to enable surveys, adjusting sampling rate and rules for execution
- Deploying third party tracking implementation for external media and paid advertising traffic
- Administrating and configuring Tealium and several other systems that provide tracking and insight
- Developing our universal data layer as well as troubleshooting, debugging, validation and coding
- Providing tracking specifications, maintaining and updating tracking documentation

As a person you are customer oriented, structured, highly curious, proactive, collaborative and ready for change.
You are expected to have over three years of experience working with tracking architecture, implementation, and analysis with enterprise systems such as Adobe or GA360. You have been working with or administrating either Adobe Analytics, GA360, Tealium or other Tag Management systems. Working with more than one of these tools will be a plus. You have a keen ability to understand business drivers, and analytic needs, and to translate them to both tracking code and technical briefs to other colleagues. You are able to translate sales and service KPI’s in technical terms to monitor e- commerce and customer satisfaction performance. You have a proven ability to analyze, validate, and error correct existing tracking solutions, in order to account for our digital data accuracy. Finally, you are able to identify and troubleshoot digital data capturing issues, document Root Cause Analysis and share findings with stakeholders.
