CO-RO A/S is looking for a competent and determined Digital Engagement Manager who can drive the digital development of the CO-RO brand portfolio globally.

CO-RO A/S is a Danish-owned manufacturer and marketer of fruit-based soft drinks with brands such as Sunquick, Suntop and Sun Lolly. Our brands are enjoyed in over 80 countries, and we operate through subsidiaries and joint ventures with main activities in the Middle-East, South Asia and Europe and have more than a thousand employees worldwide. With 11 production sites and over 60 local distribution partners, CO-RO has, for more than 40 years, been operating globally. As Digital Engagement Manager you will be responsible for elevating the loyalty between consumer and CO-RO’s core brands. Your focus will be to take the digital marketing initiatives to the next level, and you will, as part of the marketing team, define CO-RO’s digital brands’ marketing strategies and platforms; both owned, earned and paid. You are a digital native and capable of identifying new digital marketing opportunities for CO-RO in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
You will act as a strategic driver as well as hands-on support for the company’s brand related digital activities across the globe. This include responsibility for developing and optimising content- and engagement strategies for the company’s core brands, with a strong focus on social media. You will also support the execution across markets, develop and maintain the brands social media actions, as well as brand sites and apps. Furthermore, you will be responsible for measuring the marketing impact of digital campaign initiatives. Finally, you will support the global Communication Manager in relation to CO-RO’s intranet and continuous optimisation of www.co-ro.com.
You will take part in the development of our digital marketing initiatives in our key regions Middle-East, South East Asia, Africa and Europe and it is therefore essential that you possess a global mind-set. You can expect up to 40 days of travelling annually.
You have higher educational qualifications within marketing and/or digital disciplines and agency experience with focus on digital marketing strategies and social media – alternatively you have a minimum of 5 years of experience from a global company. You have FMCG experience, and possess a solid understanding of campaign development and digital solutions, especially related to social media strategy in which you have a proven track record. You have international experience, and are capable of collaborating across different cultures, markets and professions.
As a person you have a great passion for digital marketing disciplines and brand building with an eye for the consumer. You are proactive and passionate about delivering results. It is essential that you have a developed understanding of cultural differences and the ability to build strong relations. Finally, it is key that you are empathic and a strong collaborator.
