Digital Customer Engagement Manager for Lindab Group
Lindab Group is looking for an innovative Digital Customer Engagement Manager, who will become responsible for the design and execution of a future digital customer engagement strategy in order to build a strong digital brand across all digital media and customer touchpoints.

Hence, the group is now looking for a new Digital Customer Engagement Manager who possesses the power to drive the digital lead generation program in order to secure growth in customer conversions.
As the new Digital Customer Engagement Manager for Lindab Group, you will become a key player in contributing innovative digital ideas and solutions for Lindab’s core brand and additional brands in order to maintain the organization’s overall digital position as European Leader within the fresh air industry. Based on the group’s business strategy, a deep understanding of customer needs and insights in market trends, you will design strong digital and social media presence on all digital customer touchpoints to secure repositioning of the brand towards a premium indoor climate solution provider on an international level.
Lindab holds a desire of avoiding bureaucracy, why the group values cooperation. Hence, in close collaboration with the organization’s Market Communication Team and Concept Management Team, the Digital Customer Engagement Manager will work on Lindab’s digital communication activities and content to strengthen the awareness of the group’s core brand on all digital platforms. Moreover, through close cooperation with the Head of Market Communication, the position’s responsibilities include producing relevant and brand building digital content towards Lindab’s eight main segments to secure a strong digital presence for both the corporate brand and any additional brands within the group. This includes supporting the Sales Promotion Manager and sales promotion activities with digital content and strategic digital communication by planning and executing digital and social media activities.
Furthermore, the cooperation comprises the developing of an integrated digital communication strategy to support the overall corporate branding, and the repositioning of the brand, through strategic digital and social media activities on all digital customer touchpoints.
The Digital Customer Engagement Manager will furthermore be answerable for coordinating digital communication activities and for supporting Lindab’s Field Marketing Team in order to an international consistent digital presence on all markets.
Additionally, the position’s focal responsibilities include:
- Development of a new web platform for Lindab Group and all markets including an eCommerce solution for future online sales.
- Responsibility of maintenance of the group ‘s web sites and social media accounts.
- Responsibility for developing a marketing automation program to secure an optimized lead generation from all digital activities and measurement of the ROI of these.
- Responsible for cooperation with external digital suppliers.
- Other assignments of strategic importance.
As Lindab’s Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Market Communication.
The ideal candidate holds a Master degree in Marketing, Media or Communication and has minimum five years of experience from a previous similar digital marketing role. Furthermore, the ideal candidate has experience in digital strategy and can document evidence of growth and strong ROI from prior positions.
To succeed in the position, you have a strong track record in designing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies and tactics across the entire customer experience along with proven skills in using data to generate insights and identifying opportunities for tracking and optimizing campaigns. A deep understanding of SEO, social media, content marketing, marketing automation and data analytics is recommended.
You hold strong business acumen and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. You continuously keep yourself up to date with relevant trends and advantages within the industry in order to constantly identify new growth opportunities and initiatives. Additionally, you are prominent at handling time-sensitive projects and working within deadlines and you possess outstanding communication skills. You speak either Danish or Swedish, and as Lindab Group is a global brand, you are equally fluent in English – oral as well as written, and you communicate and disclose ideas and plans effortless.
As a person, you are innovative and ambitious and have flair for copy editing, content creation, campaign testing and reporting. With a proven analytical background and a strategic mind-set along with deep knowledge of customer segmentation and profiling, you strive for securing campaign reporting and optimization.
You have digital flair and experience, and a vast focus on hands-on execution and inspirational direction-setting, thus know how to combine those in the most favourable way. Moreover, you are energized by strong team work within a casual but performance oriented atmosphere, and find it interesting and motivating to drive and build future digital communication across various platforms at an international level.
