FOSS is looking for a result oriented Digital Conversion Manager that is excellent in utilising data and digital platforms to create business value. FOSS is an international family-owned company providing analytical equipment that helps improve production processes and product quality in food, agricultural and other industries, by developing analytical solutions for routine testing to allow for fast decisions on how to maximise value of the production.
FOSS was founded in 1956 by Nils Foss to automate otherwise time-consuming analytical methods by offering a fast and cost efficient method of analysis. The first instruments were developed to test moisture in grain. Today FOSS has more than 60 years of experience as the leading provider of dedicated analytical solutions to maximise value of production of agricultural products.
As Digital Conversion Manager you will be responsible for the current digital platforms and tools in the team and define how to prioritize the platforms and channels based on ambitious KPI’s. Furthermore, you explore new ways of how to increase conversation. The job will have a lot of variety as the typical workload will be divided among development, design, maintenance, meetings and coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure FOSS has a “state-of-the-art” website by continuously develop the website based on data and introducing new features like marketing automation, personalization, lead scoring and A-B testing.
- Manage and develop social media channels such as Youtube and LinkedIn and further exploit the potential of SoMe to increase the reach to the customers and to generate leads.
- Ensure that FOSS ranks high on selected keywords by e.g. using advanced Search Metrics tool.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns in close collaboration with marketing and colleagues around the world.
- Manage the Adwords performance.

You are customer oriented and service minded and able to discuss solutions on a technical level as well as with end users. Since the corporate language is English you must be proficient in English.
