To secure a successful beginning in their Nordic office, SapientRazorfish is now looking for a CX/UX Lead who can direct and ensure great digital performance, as well as be a part of the managing team in Copenhagen.
SapientRazorfish is looking for a CX/UX Lead who can set the strategic direction from a customer experience perspective. The CX/UX Lead will be part of the newly opened office in Copenhagen, and will be responsible of leading clients through the CX process and ensuring involvement of all relevant stakeholders.
SapientRazorfish strives to deliver the best possible experiences for their clients, why the new CX/UX Lead will have an important strategic role. The CX/UX Lead will drive and ensure that the agency help their clients understand, envision, plan and craft a strong customer experience in all of their touch points.
Through leadership and guidance to colleagues, the CX/UX Lead will drive the CX/UX direction in order to ensure that SapientRazorfish offers the strongest possible strategic deliveries within client business, customer research, customer journey/experience mapping, experience design and UX. Thereby, the CX/UX Lead will work collaboratively on a wide range of projects to facilitate the successful and effective cooperation between SapientRazorfish, the clients’ business requirements and the customers’ needs. This implies collaboration with skilled and diligent UX consultants, business consultants, designers, strategists, as well as being compatible of leading different technical disciplines across a variety of new innovative projects.
The position requires a holistic persona towards clients along with a strong digital mind-set as the CX/UX Lead will be the main drive of directing and delivering best-in-class services. The CX/UX Lead will be responsible of ensuring initial strategic customer journey mapping and concept development, plus of delivering great customer experience on all digital and physical touchpoints, products and services.
The CX/UX Lead supports the agency’s Client Directors in sales pitches, projects and client meetings, and will be the main responsible for securing quality in SapientRazorfish’s CX/UX propositions and concepts.

As CX/UX Lead, it is expected that you come with advanced knowledge of CX and UX methodologies, and that you have confidence in providing strategic directions within CX and UX. If you additionally have great understanding of service design methodologies, it is a huge plus – even though this is not a requirement. Furthermore, you have a track record of working with CX with B2B, B2C and C2C clients, and in identifying valuable UX and CX opportunities in those relationships. You have experience of controlling global brands and their design teams, and experience of acting as the clients’ point of contact within both CX and UX.
As SapientRazorfish is a global agency, you are fluent in both written and oral English. You have the ability to manage multidisciplinary workshop and collaborative sessions, and to communicate CX strategies and translate behavioural insight into commercial opportunities and experiences to different part of the business. You find it easy to understand and translate complex challenges into elegant solutions, thus you possess strong negotiation and communication skills. Additionally, you deliver impactful strategic presentations with great confidence.
As a person, you have an eagerness to work collaborate, and you possess an inclusive mind-set towards colleagues in a loosely-structured environment. Moreover, you are enthusiastic and have a huge amount of drive by which you easily find innovative ways of setting direction and creating new and original digital products and solutions. You hold natural leader skills and strive to stay ahead of new developments in order to improve processes.
At last, you have a desire to build and lead a strong CX/UX team in Copenhagen, and can see yourself represent SapientRazorfish in the Nordic countries by presenting inventive propositions to clients, partners and colleagues at all levels of the business.
