We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Customer Marketing Manager for miinto with the capacity to develop a unique and strong miinto brand and increase brand awareness through value-adding customer activities and touch points.
Miinto is one of Scandinavia’s largest and fastest growing online fashion e-commerce businesses enabling customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, The Netherlands and Belgium can shop directly from local physical fashion stores. The unique concept of shopping local online is based on sharing economy’s idea of making use of existing resources by giving local stores an additional sales channel broadening their customer base. Accordingly, miinto combines the expertise, service and security from physical stores with the flexibility and accessibility that characterize modern online shopping. The selection of fashion for women, men and children as well as accessories, sports, beauty and interior is one of Europe’s largest and is a network of more than 1.300 retail partners and several thousand brands. To take miinto’s brand and marketing activities to the next level we are now looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to sustain and develop their current brand momentum.
As miinto’s Customer Marketing Manager you will have the primary responsibility for the miinto brand experience, and hence the customer journey with the primary objective to create awareness and the right experiences around the miinto brand. You will be in charge of developing a differentiated consumer marketing strategy with the highest value for the miinto users based on data and business insights. Additionally, it is your responsibility to secure that the strategy is being efficiently executed on all markets and touch points and subsequently evaluated.
Based on the overall brand strategy you will be responsible for developing the associated content that can be executed in relevant digital touch points as well as guidelines for visual content creation. In relation to this, you will be the primary contact person for creative- and media agencies which includes the initial briefing as well as continuous follow-up and tracking on brand related results. Furthermore, you will lead the ‘offline’ media planning and be responsible for securing internal coordination with the Digital Marketing team, the Commercial team and the local Market Activation Managers. Key responsibilities will also be to monitor the central marketing budget as well as local market budgets to ensure optimal use of resources in order to secure consistent representation of the miinto brand, ROI on media spend and continuous growth of brand awareness and customer preference. Furthermore, it is crucial to brief and supervise the Customer Marketing team.
The position includes management responsibility for the Customer Marketing team consistent of a Graphic Designer, a Marketing Project Lead, an On Site Coordinator and a Graphic Artist. Thus, you must have flair for people management, as you will set the direction, prioritize and provide clarification on diverse campaign tasks. You will refer directly to miinto’s CMO, Marc Østerskov.
As an ideal candidate you hold a degree within marketing, communication, digital, or other related areas with B2C focus, and have a min. 4-5 years of experience from a similar position in a larger B2C company, preferably within retail, fashion, lifestyle and/or consumer goods. Alternatively, you are coming from a director position on the agency site with relevant international brand oriented experiences. A potential candidate must be a strong strategic thinker, who is able to translate overall business strategy to tactical activities with a drive to execute based on analytical insights.
You must be result-oriented and determined to develop a best-in-class consumer marketing strategy that generates value in all customer touch points, by keeping up with the latest trends and developments to stay ahead of competition. You are a team player and a natural motivator, as the position requires, clear, positive and motivating communication, allowing you to engage successfully with your team, external agencies and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you have excellent English proficiency, both oral and written and you possess strong presentation skills. You are a confident and self-motivated person; structured and organized. And finally, you are curious, love to take on new challenges and are ready to take the next important step in your career with miinto.
