The new CRO Manager will join a team of skilled digital profiles in Digital Sales, and be a part of a new Group Development Commercial Excellence team. Digital Sales’ role is to ensure a unified and aligned approach on how to drive a commercial agenda in Danske Bank’s digital channels, building a strong engine, driving marketing/sales tech stack, analytics and delivering support and best practice across markets for optimization.
As the new CRO Manager you will be joining Danske Bank’s Digital Sales Team, where you will play a key role in building CRO competences and supporting the Nordic teams in execution. You will also have the overall responsibility for driving development projects across Danske Bank’s Nordic Organization and support prioritization. Therefore, to be successful in this position the CRO Manager must have the ability to outline requirements, launch relevant tests, and analyse the results.
As part of the position you will be responsible for analytics reporting from a CRO perspective with the goal of highlighting useful information and suggesting conclusions to support an informed decision making process for the Nordic markets. In this process you will be working in close collaboration with local CRO capabilities, to secure an aligned CRO strategy across the organization.
The position also consists of a UX perspective, where you will be responsible for ideating and creating A/B test designs with the design team and agencies, to support the four Nordic markets. In relation to this you will have the overall responsibility for setting up and monitoring frameworks to be working with the A/B tests, as well as consumer surveys, continued analysis of the website and marketing campaign performance.
Developing testing roadmap and requirements, and outlining testing hypotheses and ideas will also be one of your responsibilities. This requires a natural awareness of and interest in latest conversion optimization trends and technologies. It will be your responsibility to research and adopt effective techniques, and implement these in a way that improve client’s bottom line. As a part of this you will be establishing a tools tech roadmap in alliance with the tech-stack
Overall you will take the lead on driving tactics and methods for measurement and optimization, and be responsible for completing customer journeys from a CRO perspective.
The ideal candidate is a CRO expert with 5+ years of experience with CRO and user experience improvements and an established and consistent history of success, as well as a strong toolbox. You also have experience leading a CRO growth function and working with cross-functional groups and stakeholders to deliver on targets.
As a person you are highly analytical, thus you are able to analyse large data sets and understand the conversion funnel to run tests that will improve performance. Moreover, you are professional, organized and enthusiastic and find it motivating to work across teams. You have the natural ability to effortlessly jump into concrete local tasks and support their needs, as well as drive complex group projects on our homepages on a more overall level.
You’re very comfortable in working with and using analytics platforms for optimization and you know your way around testing deliverables including optimization audits, analytics reports, on-site enhancement recommendations, industry data analysis and benchmarking, detailed CRO roadmaps, and possibly have experience in working with Adobe suite.
