Brand & Content Manager for Nilfisk
We are looking for a highly ambitious and result-oriented Brand and Content Manager for Nilfisk to accelerate sales growth, through industry leading marketing programs and campaigns founded in a deep understanding of the customers.

Nilfisk is currently deploying its 4 years growth strategy called Accelerate, resulting in a major organizational transition and a new operating model to further support growth ambitions. Marketing has been consolidated to ensure functional excellence and efficiencies. The Marketing organization is now organized into a central Center of Excellence, and a Field Marketing organization. The aim is to make the marketing community even more commercially focused, bringing marketing closer to sales and transforming marketing to become more customer driven.
As Brand and Content Manager you will play a central role in the Marketing & Brands team. We have a total of 19 product brands to manage, and in addition you will be the driving force in developing truly customer-focused campaigns for our global brands. It is important that you are experienced in creating strong content, in close interplay with the determined brand strategy. Furthermore, you are skilled in developing brand value propositions and guidelines as well as strong brand portfolio management.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Corporate campaigns
- Content creation, e.g. white papers and customer cases
- Content for website and marketing automation programs
- Product and technology brand naming
As the ideal candidate, you have relevant job experience from a large international corporation either within B2B or B2C, working with brand, segment and digital marketing, preferably on a global scale and with documented strong results. You hold a relevant master’s degree like cand.merc or similar. Having worked in the HQ of a multi-national corporation or having an agency background is considered a plus. You are native within digital marketing and possess outstanding project management skills in order to drive transformation and execution. Furthermore, you excel in stakeholder management and know how to manage and drive campaign development together with advertising agencies. You have copywriting experience and know how to create cutting edge content.
As a person, you are energetic and able to execute brand strategy in a complex setting. You thrive in a digital environment and you are attentive and organised. Furthermore, you are highly ambitious and passionate about your job and strive for continuous professional development. Therefore, you are always updated on the latest trends within digital marketing, content and data driven communication. As you will be managing within an environment of constant change with numerous external and internal stakeholders it is also essential that you are flexible and proactive in your approach to project management, and that you as a person thrive in dynamic and ambitious environments. Besides, you are an extrovert team-player who contribute with positive energy to the team.
It is key that you are a native English speaker or alternatively master the language at the highest level. The position comes with approx. 20-30 annual travelling days.
