For their Copenhagen office, Oath Nordics is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager/Account Manager, who will play a key role on the campaign/account team, and who will be the direct link between Oath, the sales team and the clients. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the delivery team, being responsible for the execution of campaigns from A-Z as well as reporting to clients across the full product stack (including Be On, Mobile and Programmatic).
You will become responsible for some of Oath Nordics’ largest projects and for some of the largest clients, and thus the position requires a strong sense of perspective, a structured approach to projects, and an ability to have different irons in the fire.
The position moreover involves team management locally in Copenhagen as well as process and project management and coordination with Oath teams in other countries, and it is thus essential that you are able to motivate and set the direction for your teams.
As an Account Manager, you will take on a unique position to build know-how and expertise on the most popular and fastest growing digital ad products out there. And you will become part of a global market leading organization where you get to work with people from all over the world.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Process and project management of large client accounts
- Project management of large projects
- Reporting to clients; ensuring KPI’s are met
- Team management
As the new Account Manager for Oath Nordics, you have several years of project management experience and are used to handling large projects as well as clients – thus, you preferably come from a similar position as either Account Manager, Campaign Manager or Project Manager within the media or advertising industry.
You have a thorough technical understanding and a good appreciation of your clients, and are able to assess risks and ask the right questions. You are equally skilled in the project management and the account management spheres, and are able to facilitate and optimize processes, manage several stakeholders, as well as ensuring that the client dialogue is running smoothly in all regards, including reporting of KPI’s etc.
As a team leader, you are driven and empathic, and are able to motivate people locally as well as across borders.
Essentially, you are solution oriented, well-structured, and you always see the bigger picture yet have an eye for the detail. You are highly ambitious and have a great drive, and you always walk the extra mile to deliver the best result.
It is required that you are fluent in English. Danish is a plus but not required.
As a person, you are proactive and self-driven, determined and open to learning new things. You are able to handle situations where the solutions aren’t given. You find motivation in autonomy and as a team leader you practice freedom with responsibility. Furthermore, you have a team mentality, are socially skilled and outgoing.
